SERVE was created to increase the amount of servant leaders in corporate america, our community and specifically in positions of leadership.

Upon the completion of the SERVE program, learners will have the ability to:

  • Understand the qualities, traits, habits and philosophies of servant leaders

  • Build genuine relationships

  • Understand the value and return in serving others

GOALS is a strategic goal planning course.

Upon the completion of the GOALS program, learners will have the ability to:

  • Brainstorm potential goals

  • Identify the area of focus in their life

  • Create various goal plans

  • Understand goal setting techniques and best practices

  • Independently create a goal plan

ENGAGE is a human capital engagement development program.  This program is created to guide those in a role of leadership towards total engagement of their teams.

Upon the completion of the ENGAGE program, leaders will have the ability to:

  • Evaluate the differences between a disengaged and engaged team member 

  • Identify the need for an engagement intervention

  • Create engagement strategies​

  • Implement, revise and correct engagement strategies to ensure effectiveness

SKILLS is a talent acquisition program designed to introduce and create a personal philosophy for skills based hiring.

Upon the completion of the SKILLS program, talent acquisition professionals will have the ability to:

  • Evaluate the occupational and soft skills of a potential hire

  • Create a skills based hiring plan

  • Implement skills based hiring strategies

  • Possess the necessary information to influence the decisions of key stakeholders

VERBAL & BEYOND is a development program focusing on verbal, non-verbal and virtual communication skills.

Upon the completion of the VERBAL & BEYOND program, learners will have the ability to:

  • Identify the most fitting communication style for the situation at hand

  • Leverage written, verbal, non-verbal, and virtual communication skills

  • Effectively self-evaluate communication habits & create plan for improvement

DATA is a program designed to increase the utilization of data for strategic planning and decision making.  Data utilization also increases the credibility of the presenter.

Upon the completion of the DATA program, learners will have the ability to:

  • Analyze basic data

  • Communicate data analysis reports effectively

  • Leverage data to influence decision making

EQ is a program designed to improve emotional intelligence, empathetic understanding, social awareness, perception understanding.

​

Upon the completion of the EQ program, learners will have the ability to:

  • Understand their current emotional intelligence state

  • Create a self-measured improvement plan

  • Build relationships by leveraging new EQ improvements

DATA VS. EQ is a program designed for influencers and decision makers to improve people centric strategies.

​

Upon the completion of the DATA VS. EQ program, learners will have the ability to:

  • Combine data analysis with human capital understanding to create effective strategies

  • Influence communications by leveraging their understanding of the ethos, logos and pathos argument appeals

FREE is a program designed to improve human performance by identifying key contributors to stress, developing stress management skills and focusing on prevention strategies.

Upon the completion of the FREE program, learners will have the ability to:

  • Identify the key stressors in their life

  • Manage stressors through mastered stress management techniques

  • Live a low stress life by being conscious of factors magnified by focus

FANCY HER is a program designed to develop leadership, with a specific focus on young girls, teens and adult women.

​

Upon the completion of the FANCY HER program, learners will have the ability to:

  • Understand their current personal brand

  • Create an action based goal plan to positively change their personal brand

  • Inspire and empower others to create the life that they desire

  • Utilize knowledge of mindset, associations, habits and decisions to make strategic choices

EMPLOYERS VS. EMPLOYEES, EMPLOYER EDITION is a program designed specifically with employers and acquisition leadership in mind.

Upon the completion of EMPLOYERS VS. EMPLOYEES, EMPLOYER EDITION, learners will have the ability to:

  • Uncover some of the secrets that employees do not tell their employers

  • Create strategic improvements regarding the collection and analysis of employee feedback

  • Understand validity concerns associated with in house conducted evaluations

EMPLOYERS VS. EMPLOYEES, EMPLOYEE EDITION is a program designed to help bridge the gap between corporate thinking and employee perception.

HIS & HERS is a designed to help men uncover some of the secrets of women in both personal and professional settings..

  • Identify motivators of performance

  • Influence engagement to improve relationships

  • Implement communication techniques to improve communication effectiveness with women
